Join   Our Team As a Training and Development Specialist

The Training and Development   Specialist serves as a resource to the STOF community and Indian Country   Tribes in all areas related to the Native Learning Center’s five focus areas   (e.g. Celebrating Culture & Language, Financial Wellness, Grants Education,   Housing Strategies, and Tribal Government). The Training and Development   Specialist will partner with NLC Departments to strategize and promote the   Native Learning Center goals of providing education and training to Native   Americans and those working within Indian Country. Coordinates, develops, and   implements the curriculum and professional development for NLC. Must possess   a BA/BS degree with excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer   service skills. Proficient computer skills utilizing Microsoft and MAC   software packages required. Adult teaching/training experience preferred.   Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Must have the ability to   travel and work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends and holidays.
