Senior Director of Leadership Programs Position, National Collaborative for Health Equity

Position Summary: The Senior Program Director provides senior leadership for the MLH Program Center. S/he is responsible for implementing the strategic plan and overseeing the administration and programs of the program center, with guidance from National Collaborative for Health Equity (NCHE) and CommonHealth ACTION (CHA) leadership. Other key duties include outreach to and recruitment of leadership program candidates, collaboration with partners in design and implementation of training programs and curricula, and on-going program evaluation. In addition, the Senior Program Director is expected to provide visible leadership in the health equity field. S/he should frequently speak at conferences and events to target audiences, write articles for key publications, appear in multiple media platforms, and generally build support for health equity initiatives. The position requires extensive experience in the leadership development and health equity arenas. This position reports to the Executive Director and Deputy Director.
